Follow the Yellow Brick Lane

Gentrification is certainly in the news at the moment, so step forward CMCI teaching Fellow Dr Richard Martin and the launch of Regeneration! – a book which explores the history and politics of London’s the Robin Hood Gardens estate.

Richard  will be in conversation with the artist Jessie Brennan (one of her works is illustrated here) at the RIBA Bookshop to celebrate the launch, which takes place on October 6th.

All welcome (admission is free), and the event is especially recommended for anyone interested in gentrification, the housing crisis, culture-led regeneration projects, and the relationship between art and architecture. Please note that although the event is free to attend, spaces are limited and it is required to rsvp to eva.sandoval@ribabookshops.com in order to reserve a space for the talk.
